Once orders are ready, all domestic orders will ship in 3-5 business days.

We charge a flat rate of $12 for all U.S. orders.
Shipping is free on orders over $300 with code ‘FREESHIP’

Items bought in the state of the California are subject to sales tax at checkout.

International Orders

International orders ship in 3-12 days depending on the destination country.

The customer is responsible for all duties, customs, local taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country and we are unable to control these costs. Please check your county’s import taxes prior to purchase.

If you refuse a shipment from Oori Ott, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Oori Ott.
