Returns & Exchanges

 

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Orders may be returned within 7 days of delivery date for a refund in store credit, the original form of payment with the exception of made-to-order styles which can only be returned for store credit, or an exchange for a different size. Please email hello@ooriott.com with your order# to initiate a return.

All returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of the request approval.

- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. 

- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.

- Made to order styles can only be returned for store credit

- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded

- A return shipping charge of $12 will be deducted from your return

EXCHANGES

We will accommodate an exchange for the same style in a different color or size.  We will cover the shipping fee for domestic exchanges.  Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability.  A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges.  International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs.
